All Students: I’m in need of some fresh ideas for our annual WINGS fundraiser. The Mohawk idea has probably gotten old, and besides—I’m not sporting much hair these days (in case you hadn’t noticed!) So here it is: a chance for you to select the winning idea for the WINGS fundraiser and win yourself four gift certificates to R-Place and a crisp twenty dollar bill to spend as you like!
1) Submit your idea in writing, to Mr. Palmer. Your idea must contain name, the date of submission, and what you think will be an effective fund raising idea.
2) The Deadline for submission is Thursday, Feb. 12th.
3) A panel of 2 students and 2 teachers will judge submitted ideas at lunch on Friday, Feb. 13th. In the event that two students submit the same winning idea, the idea that was submitted first will be declared the winner.
4) In the event of a tie, Mr. Palmer will cast the tiebreaking vote.
5) If the fundraising idea involves another person (for example, making Mr. Bara shave his moustache) you MUST have obtained that person’s agreement to participate. Good Luck! (PALMER)
