Do you like wildlife, rivers, forests, geology, agriculture--anything to do with the natural world? Would you like to learn more about it at a summer camp July 12-17? SENIORS: Pictures for the Western News Senior Edition will be picked up first thing Friday morning. Right now we have 15 pictures and there are 39 seniors. Please bring your picture to the office ASAP. (OFFICE)

Tennis players: BBQ potluck Wednesday after school at the courts. We’ll have burgers & hot dogs – you need to bring desserts, salads, chips & pop. (PRIEVES)

Yearbooks can now be ordered from Mr. Newton. The cost is $40.00. There will be a limited order this year so order now to ensure you get one. Also, previous yearbooks can be purchased for $15.00. (NEWTON)

Resource field trip to Bull Lake on Monday, May 18th. Students will miss the entire day. (HERMAN)

The high school play will be performed in the auditorium Wednesday & Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Two one-act plays will be performed each night. “Paper or Plastic”- a comedy, and “The Girl Who Was Asked to Turn Blue” – a science fiction drama. Admission is $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for students. (KELSEY/DIESER)
