Junior PSAT test takers: The test is less than a week away. Have you signed up yet? You MUST pay the office the $13.00 test fee BEFORE you can test unless you qualify for free/reduced hot lunch. If that’s the case, you MUST let Mr. Palmer know ASAP in order to receive the fee waiver. The test is next Wednesday, October 15th, at 8:15am in the library. (PALMER)

Ninth through 11th graders: Next week, Mary Howard from the Student Assistance Foundation will visit Troy to teach you how to use the Montana Career Information System software. This is AWESOME stuff—college searches, job skills development, ACT/SAT practice tests, scholarship searches and tons more. The schedule is as follows:
Monday: 2nd block – Juniors Akin through Johnson
3rd block – Juniors Kelso through Williams
4th block – Sophomores Amelsberg through Jones
Tuesday: 1st block – Sophomores Kinney through Winslow
2nd block – Freshmen Akin through McCleod
3rd block – Freshmen Merritt through Weiser (PALMER)

Don’t forget about the Ron Osborne Memorial Dinner on Friday! They are having a spaghetti feed this year and it will be held at the elementary gym from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. The cost is $5.00 adults, $3.00 students and $2.50 for children. Athletes can eat free of charge. The money raised from this dinner will go for scholarships for this year’s seniors. Come and support a great cause and have a great meal! (OFFICE)

Montana Repertory Theatre presents Mark Twain’s “Diaries of Adam & Eve” Monday night, October 13th, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Cost is $5.00 adults, $3.00 students. (CHIAVERINI)

Spirit Mums are on display and will be sold throughout the week while supplies last. We have a limited number so order yours today. Large are $20.00, small are $10.00. Each mum can be personalized at no extra cost. Your Mums will be available for pick up in the auditorium during break on Friday morning and can be worn for the rest of the day at school and at the game. (BOOSTER CLUB)

The Troy New Horizons Afterschool program has begun. The program will run Monday thru Thursday, 3:30 – 6:00 at the elementary school. Tutoring and snacks will be offered between 3:30 & 4:00, followed by a variety of activities. You are welcome to attend any day as long as you have a registration form filled out and turned in to the office. Additional forms are available at the office. (S. KELSEY)
