All students registered to vote in Tuesday’s general election, please meet in Mr. Smith’s room at the beginning of 3rd block today in order to examine a sample ballot. (SMITH)

Seniors: Friday, November 7 is the deadline for the December 13 ACT. Most of you have taken the ACT, but you may wish to register for the December test IF:
1) You are one of the SMALL HANDFULL OF SENIORS WHO DIDN”T take the October ACT (big hint here, folks)
2) You don’t feel confident that you did well on the previous attempt on the ACT and would like to improve your score.
Remember, if you qualify for free/reduced hot lunch, you can take the ACT TWICE for FREE! (PALMER)

The Booster Club is sponsoring a logo contest for all interested high school students. The new logo will be on Booster Gear - a first place prize will be rewarded. For further info, please contact the office or Mrs. Palmer. (BOOSTER CLUB)

STAFF:

The POD class has invited the community to gather in the lunchroom tomorrow night to watch election returns. The Troy Police Department’s Riot Squad has also been invited. Please use discretion in inviting your upper level classes. This event will be for WATCHING ELECTION RETURNS and related heated arguments and fights. It is not for playing tag, holding hands with your girlfriend, or whatever. Please bring snacks. (RALSTON)
